T.I.P. (album)
''T.I.P.'' is the second independent album by rapper Young Buck. It was released on November 8, 2005, through the independent label, Mass Appeal Entertainment. Guest appearances on the album include D-Tay, Rizin Sun, First Born and Bun B. The album was recorded before Young Buck signed with G-Unit in 2002, but it was not released until after his 2004 solo debut album, ''Straight Outta Cashville''. Reception ''T.I.P.'' sold more than 26,000 copies in its first week of release to debut at number 40 on the ''Billboard'' 200 albums chart. Young Buck
David Darnell Brown (born March 15, 1981), best known by his stage name Young Buck, is an American rapper. He heads his own record label, Cashville, and was a member of the former hip hop group G-Unit. Early life Brown was born in Nashville, Tennessee. Around the age of 12, he began rapping. A few years later, he performed for Brian "Baby" Williams, co-founder of Cash Money. Music career Young Buck joined Cash Money in 1997 but left for Juvenile's UTP in 2000. He released two albums with UTP, '' Born to Be a Thug'' and '' The Compilation'', before leaving the label in 2003 to join 50 Cent's record label G-Unit. His first recording with G-Unit Records was on the 2002 recorded song ''Blood Hound'' for 50 Cent's February 2003 debut studio album Get Rich or Die Tryin'. ''Straight Outta Cashville'' is the debut studio album by American rapper Young Buck, released on August 24, 2004 by G-Unit Records and Interscope Records. Background ''Straight Outta Cashville'' title alludes to the N.W.A album, ''Straight Outta Compton'', and is a neologism for Nashville, (Buck's hometown). The singles from this album include " Let Me In", (featuring 50 Cent), "Shorty Wanna Ride", and "Stomp", (featuring The Game and Ludacris). The album features several rappers "outside" of the G-Unit camp, such as Lil' Flip, David Banner, D-Tay, Stat Quo, and others. Young Black Teenagers
Young Black Teenagers (YBT) was an American hip hop group from Long Island, New York that consisted of ATA, First Born, Tommy Never, Kamron, and DJ Skribble. Despite their name, none of the group's members were black. YBT had the support of the prominent rap group Public Enemy and their producer Hank Shocklee signed them as the first act of his label Sound of Urban Listeners (SOUL). G-Unit (short for Guerilla Unit) was an American hip hop group formed by longtime friends and East Coast rappers 50 Cent, Tony Yayo, and Lloyd Banks. After amassing a string of self-released mixtapes in the early 2000s, the group released their debut album '' Beg for Mercy'' in 2003, which went on to ship over four million copies in the US and was certified quadruple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). During Tony Yayo's imprisonment in 2003, the group recruited Tennessee-based rapper Young Buck as a temporary replacement and later an official member. Bernard James Freeman (born March 19, 1973), known professionally as Bun B, is an American rapper. He is best known as one half of the southern rap duo UGK (UnderGround Kingz), a group he formed in 1987 alongside Pimp C. Aside from his work with UGK, Bun B has released five solo albums, including 2010's ''Trill OG'', which received the rare 5-mic rating from ''The Source''. He is also a guest lecturer at Rice University, located in Houston, Texas.
