''Sí, mi amor'' (English title: ''Yes, my love'') is a Mexican telenovela produced by Guillermo Diazayas for Televisa in 1984. Is a remake of the Venezuelan telenovela ''La hija de nadie'' produced by RCTV Radio Caracas Televisión (RCTV) was a Venezuelan free-to-air television network headquartered in the Caracas neighborhood of Quinta Crespo. Telenovela
A telenovela is a type of a television serial drama or soap opera produced primarily in Latin America. The word combines ''tele'' (for "television") and ''novela'' (meaning "novel"). Similar drama genres around the world include '' teleserye'' (Philippines), '' téléroman'' (Canada, specifically Quebec), and ''sinetron'' (Indonesia). Commonly described using the American colloquialism Spanish soap opera, many telenovelas share some stylistic and thematic similarities to the soap opera familiar to the English-speaking world. The significant difference is their series run length; telenovelas tell one self-contained story, typically within the span of a year or less whereas soap operas tend to have intertwined storylines told during indefinite, continuing runs. This makes them shorter than most other television series, but still much longer than a miniseries. Lucy Gallardo
Lucy Gallardo (December 13, 1929 – August 11, 2012) was an Argentine-born Mexican actress and screenwriter. She was best known for her numerous roles in Mexican cinema, as well as Mexico's telenovelas. Gallardo was the widow of Mexican actor Enrique Rambal. Life She was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on December 13, 1929. Gallardo made her film debut in the 1949 Argentine movie, '' Angeles de uniforme''. She later moved from Argentina to Mexico to pursue her acting career. Gallardo appeared in dozens of films throughout her career. She was cast in the 1962 film, ''The Exterminating Angel'', which was directed and written by Luis Buñuel. She appeared in that film opposite her husband, Enrique Rambal, who died in 1971. Gallardo and Rambal also starred as a comical couple in the Capulina aviation comedy, ''El Mundo de los Aviones''. José Roberto Hill
José Roberto Hill (January 13, 1945 – December 20, 2005) was a Mexican actor. Born as José Roberto Hill del Rivero in Mexico City, he appeared in plays, films, and telenovelas (soap operas). Rafael Baledón Cárdenas (25 November 1919 – 6 May 1994) was a Mexican actor, director, screenwriter, and producer of the Golden Age of Mexican cinema. He worked in both film and television. Life Rafael Baledón was on 25 November 1919 in Campeche, Mexico. He initially wanted to be a doctor, but could not pursue the career due to economic reasons.
