São Lucas is a monorail station of the São Paulo Metro. Belongs to Line 15–Silver, which is currently in expansion, and should reach the district of Cidade Tiradentes, with connection with Line 2–Green in Vila Prudente. It is placed in Av. Island Platform
An island platform (also center platform, centre platform) is a station layout arrangement where a single platform is positioned between two tracks within a railway station, tram stop or transitway interchange. Island platforms are popular on twin-track routes due to pragmatic and cost reasons. They are also useful within larger stations where local and express services for the same direction of travel can be provided from opposite sides of the same platform thereby simplifying transfers between the two tracks. An alternative arrangement is to position side platforms on either side of the tracks. The historical use of island platforms depends greatly upon the location. Oratório (São Paulo Metro)
Oratório is a station on Line 15–Silver of the São Paulo Metro, opened on August 30, 2014. When concluded, the line will connect Vila Prudente to the district of Cidade Tiradentes. Oratório station is placed in the confluence between Avenues Prof. Luis Inácio de Anhaia Melo and do Oratório, in the borough of Jardim Independência, district of São Lucas, in the Eastside of the city. Currently, there are plans to privatize the line. Camilo Haddad (São Paulo Metro)
Camilo Haddad is a monorail station of São Paulo Metro. Belongs to Line 15-Silver, which is actually in expansion, and should go to Cidade Tiradentes, with connection with Line 2-Green in Vila Prudente. It is placed in Av. Prof. Luis Inácio de Anhaia Mello, next to Rua Camilo Haddad. Because of the small demand (about 5,000 passengers per day), this station would be named by the press as mini-station. It was opened by the Government of the State of São Paulo on April 6, 2018. Toponymy The station received the name of Camilo Haddad because of the homonym street, localized across to the station. Camilo Haddad was born on August 10, 1904 in Syria, and his family later migrated to Brazil. After being naturalized as Brazilian, graduated in Medicine in University of Brazil. The São Paulo Metro ( pt, Metrô de São Paulo, ), commonly called the ''Metrô'' () is one of the urban railways that serves the city of São Paulo, alongside the São Paulo Metropolitan Trains Company (CPTM), forming the largest metropolitan rail transport network of Latin America. Line 15 (Silver) ( pt, Linha 15–Prata) is one of the six lines that make up the São Paulo Metro and one of the thirteen lines that make up the Metropolitan Rail Transportation Network. It is South America's first mass-transit monorail and is the first system in the world to use the Bombardier Innovia Monorail 300. When completed it will be the largest and highest capacity monorail system in the Americas and second worldwide only to the Chongqing Monorail. Vila Prudente is a station on Line 2-Green and Line 15-Silver of the São Paulo Metro and is the terminus. There are plans to integrate the station with Expresso Tiradentes Line 2 (a bus rapid transit system). The Vila Prudente Bus Terminal is also nearby.
