Gösta Johansson
Gösta Rudolf Torsten "Lill-Lulle" Johansson (2 March 1929 – 10 April 1997) was a Swedish ice hockey player and son of Gustaf ”Lulle” Johansson. In 1953 Johansson became world champion with the Swedish team. He was named one of the best players of 1949–1955 among Sven Tumba, Roland Stoltz and Lasse Björn. He was 32nd winner of “ Stor Grabb” (Big Boy), an honorary award within Swedish sports. In 1952 Johansson finished third with the Swedish team in the Winter Olympics ice hockey tournament. Sixten Isberg
Sixten Isberg (February 8, 1921 – June 10, 2012) was a Swedish alpine skier who competed in the 1948 Winter Olympics and in the 1952 Winter Olympics. He was the Swedish slalom champion in 1941, 1945, and 1949. He was born in Åre and competed for Åre SLK, a slalom club which has fostered many Swedish champions. Stig Sollander
Stig Oskar Sollander (25 June 1926 – 12 December 2019) was a Swedish alpine skier who competed in the 1948, 1952 and 1956 Winter Olympics. He had his best results in the slalom, finishing fifth in 1952 and winning Sweden's first Olympic medal in alpine skiing, a bronze in 1956. The men's ice hockey tournament at the 1952 Winter Olympics in Oslo, Norway, was the seventh Olympic Championship, also serving as the 19th World Championships and the 30th European Championships. Hans Öberg
Hans Andreas "Stöveln" Öberg (21 November 1926 – 9 March 2009) was a Swedish ice hockey and bandy player. He represented his country at the 1952 Winter Olympics in Oslo, winning the bronze medal in the team competition. He also played on the Swedish team that finished fourth in the competition four years later at the 1956 Cortina d'Ampezzo Olympics. He was the brother of future Olympic silver medallist Carl-Göran Öberg. Holger "Hogge" Nurmela (28 October 1920 – 1 March 2005) was a Swedish ice hockey, football and bandy player and manager, known for representing Hammarby IF in all three sports. Athletic career Ice hockey In 1937, Nurmela made his debut for Hammarby IF in Elitserien, Sweden's top tier. He won three Swedish championships – 1942, 1943 and 1945 – with the club. He formed a feared line together with right winger Stig Emanuel Andersson and centre Kurt Kjellström. Nurmela was known as a versatile player with great skating abilities: a sniper, playmaker and grinder combined. He won the scoring league in the Swedish top division in both 1949 and 1950.
