Lester Perfors (May 30, 1970 – May 6, 2020) was an American professional wrestler better known by his ring name, Supreme who fought hardcore style. Supreme was well known in Xtreme Pro Wrestling and Southern California promotions. He held the XPW King of the Deathmatch Championship five times. Career Supreme began his career in 1995. In 1999, Supreme made his debut for the California hardcore promotion Xtreme Pro Wrestling. He won his first XPW King of the Deathmatch Championship defeating John Kronus in a tournament at My Bloody Valentine 2000 . Then Supreme dropped the title to The Messiah (wrestler) on November 11, 2000, at Dismembered In November. Nearly a year later, Supreme won the vacated XPW King of the Deathmatch Championship defeating Vic Grimes at Halloween In Hell II. Heart Attack
A myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack, occurs when blood flow decreases or stops to the coronary artery of the heart, causing damage to the heart muscle. The most common symptom is chest pain or discomfort which may travel into the shoulder, arm, back, neck or jaw. Often it occurs in the center or left side of the chest and lasts for more than a few minutes. The discomfort may occasionally feel like heartburn. Other symptoms may include shortness of breath, nausea, feeling faint, a cold sweat or feeling tired. About 30% of people have atypical symptoms. Women more often present without chest pain and instead have neck pain, arm pain or feel tired. Among those over 75 years old, about 5% have had an MI with little or no history of symptoms. XPW Ten Year Anniversary Spectacular
An Xtreme Pro Wrestling (XPW) reunion show called the XPW Ten Year Anniversary Spectacular, nicknamed XPW X, took place on August 22, 2009, at the Arena Night Club in Los Angeles. The event took place on the same weekend as SummerSlam, which was also taking place in Los Angeles. The main event of the show was a XPW King of the Deathmatch Championship match in which Supreme beat "The Hardcore Homo" Angel. This was the second XPW reunion show to have occurred, the first being Cold Day in Hell which was held on May 24, 2008. Event Pre-show During the first match on the event's pre-show, Joey Dynamite, Ray Rosas, and Oso Loco defeated Clay Motley, The Rookie 88, and Lucha Machine in a six-man tag team match. This was followed by a six-way match where Marcus Riot defeated Damien Arsenick, Willie Mack, LTP, Famous B, and Chimera. Matt Tremont
Matthew Tremont (born March 9, 1989) is an American professional wrestler and promoter, best known for his work in Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW). He is also known for his appearances for his own promotion, Hardcore Hustle Organisation (H2O), as well as for Game Changer Wrestling. He has also worked for IWA Mid-South, IWA Deep-South and IWA East Coast. Among his honours, he is a one-time CZW World Heavyweight Champion and one-time GCW World Champion. Manuel Ortiz Partida (born May 22, 1971) is a Mexican retired professional wrestler who wrestled on the independent circuit in Mexico, particularly in the Tijuana area. He is better known by his stage name Halloween but is also known in the United States as Ciclope, a character he portrayed in World Championship Wrestling.
