Super Impassioned Net Generation
SING, also known as Super Impassioned Net Generation (), is a Chinese girl group formed by KuGou Music in 2015 with 10 members, selected from different regions of China. The current line-up is composed of seven members, and they primarily produce electronic dance music inspired by traditional Chinese music. History 2015: Formation and debut SING debuted in 2015 with ten members on August 10, 2015. Given the limitations on budget, the group did not rely on income from concert tickets, instead gaining primary revenues from royalty, licensing fees, and selling merchandise. 2016: Line-up changes Four members suspended their activities in 2016, and three new members were added to the group. 2017: Change in sound and breakthrough In September, SING released the single "Moonlight Thoughts" (), their first ever Chinese-style electronic dance song. Lai Meiyun (Chinese: 赖美云; born 7 July 1998), is a Chinese Singer signed under Qigu Culture. She was a member of Rocket Girls 101 after ranking 6th in the survival show ''Produce 101''. She was also a member of S.I.N.G as the main vocal and center under Qigu Culture. Early life and education Lai Meiyun was born in a single parent family in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China and was raised by her mother. Meiyun has studied in Shenzhen High School from 2013 to 2016. Hanyu Pinyin (), often shortened to just pinyin, is the official romanization system for Standard Mandarin Chinese in China, and to some extent, in Singapore and Malaysia. It is often used to teach Mandarin, normally written in Chinese form, to learners already familiar with the Latin alphabet. Simplified Chinese characters are standardized Chinese characters used in mainland China, Malaysia and Singapore, as prescribed by the ''Table of General Standard Chinese Characters''.
