Super 8 Twenty20 Cup
The Haier Super 8 T20 Cup was the top-tier domestic Twenty20 cricket league in Pakistan from 2011 to 2015. The top 8 teams from the National T20 Cup qualified for the tournament. However, it was made defunct with the initiation of the Pakistan Super League in 2016, which currently features 6 city-based franchises from within Pakistan and is independent of the National T20 Cup. 2011 Faysal Bank Super Eight T20 Cup
The 2011 Faysal Bank Super Eight T20 Cup was the first season of the Faysal Bank Super Eight T20 Cup. The tournament was held from 24 June in Faisalabad, between the top eight teams from the 2010–11 Faysal Bank T20 Cup. The winners were awarded ₨2.5 million in prize money while the runners-up received ₨1 million. The Rawalpindi Rams won the tournament by defeating the Karachi Dolphins in the final in the Super Over. The 2012 Faysal Bank Super Eight T20 Cup was the second season of the Faysal Bank Super Eight T20 Cup, a domestic Twenty20 cricket tournament organized by the Pakistan Cricket Board. The season began on 25 March 2012 and was held at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi. 15 matches were played during the tournament. Manzoor Elahi (Urdu:منظور الہی) (born 15 April 1963) is a Pakistani cricket coach and former cricketer. Considered a hard-hitting batsman and a medium-pacer bowler, Elahi appeared in six Test matches and 54 One Day Internationals for Pakistan national cricket team between 1984 and 1995.
