Sunita Shroff
Sunita Shroff is a British television presenter and actress. Early life Sunita Shroff was born in Scotland to Irish and Indian parents, and raised in Greece where she was educated in the Campion School. She speaks fluent Greek, Italian and French. Career Her TV career started at Channel East where she fronted their flagship current affairs show. Shroff went on to compete against 11,000 other people in the BBC Talent Competition and came in the final 3 in the ‘Holiday Program' category. Shroff gained presenting experience on the QVC shopping channel and has gone on to work as a presenter on a variety of terrestrial television projects, predominantly relating to the property market. She has also pursued an acting career, appearing in a number of television serials, commercials and in films. Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. Macmillan 4x4 UK Challenge
The Macmillan 4x4 UK Challenge is an annual navigational endurance challenge event. It is open to any road legal 4x4 vehicle in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. The event has run since 2002 over one weekend in March each year and consists of a series of on road treasure hunts interspersed with off-road challenges. The event covers up to 1,000 miles and raises up to in excess of £100,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support each year. No special vehicle modifications are required to enter, any sensibly equipped 4x4 should be able to complete the event. Each team has a minimum sponsorship to raise all of which goes to Macmillan. All event, costs are covered out of the entry fee except fuel which competitors pay for as they go. ''The Bill'' is a British police procedural television series, first broadcast on ITV from 16 August 1983 until 31 August 2010.
