Sung, Chi-li
Sung Chi-li (born 17 September 1948), born Sung , is a notorious Taiwan cult leader and geomancer who founded the Sung Chi-li Miracle Association and the Great Sun Sect. He was embroiled in a scandal in 1996 and accused of swindling US$7 million from his followers. He was convicted of fraud in 1997 and sentenced to seven years imprisonment. His verdict was later overturned in 2003 by the high court which cited freedom of religion was protected under Taiwan's constitution. Sung claims to have supernatural powers such as the ability to appear anywhere at anytime ( fēnshēn body-double manifestations) ), possessing divine healing powers and calls himself ''Yuzhou Guangmingti'' (宇宙光明體; lit. Song (Chinese Surname)
Song is the pinyin transliteration of the Chinese family name 宋. It is transliterated as Sung in Wade-Giles, and Soong is also a common transliteration. Chu Mei-feng (; born 5 August 1966) is a Taiwanese TV journalist, former Taipei City Councillor, and former director of Hsinchu City's Bureau of Cultural Affairs. Early life Chu graduated from Xinheguomin Primary School, followed by Taipei Municipal Huajiang Senior High School, Taipei First Girls High School, National Chengchi University, and Metropolitan State University. She has worked for the China Morning Edition and the Zili Evening Paper. Biography While a journalist of TTV World News, Chu took some photographs at a lesbian bar without disclosing it to the people featured in the images. Constitution Of The Republic Of China
The Constitution of the Republic of China is the fifth and current constitution of the Republic of China (ROC), ratified by the Kuomintang during the session on 25 December 1946, in Nanjing, and adopted on 25 December 1947.
