Sulitjelma (mountain)
Sulitjelma ( sv, Sulitelma, Pite Sami: ''Sulidälbmá/Sulidælbmá'') is a mountain massif on the Norway-Sweden border in the municipality of Fauske in Nordland, Norway and the municipality of Arjeplog in Norrbotten, Sweden. The massif lies east of the village of Sulitjelma, which takes its name from the mountain. The massif is bordered by '' Låmivatnet'' (Lake Låmi) and '' Muorkkejávrre'' (Lake Muorkke) to the south, and by '' Bajep Sårjåsjávrre'' (Upper Lake Sårjås) and '' Vuolep Sårjåsjávrre'' (Lower Lake Sårjås) to the north. About two-thirds of the mountain is in Norway. The Langvann Valley extends toward the massif along a northwest–southeast axis, through which the Sjønstå River ( no, Sjønståelva, known as the ''Langvasselva'' in its upper course) flows, forming the Sulitjelma watercourse. Padjelanta National Park
Padjelanta ( sv, Padjelanta nationalpark) is a national park in Norrbotten County in northern Sweden. Established in 1963, it is the largest national park in Sweden with an area of , and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Laponia established in 1996. Etymology and the presence of the Sámi people The name of the park derives from the Lule Sami word ''Badjelánnda'', which translates to ''the higher land'' – a straightforward description of the region. Today the three Sámi villages Duorbun, Jåhkågasska and Sirges let their reindeer graze in Padjelanta in the summer, using the traditional settlements of Stáloluokta, Árasluokta and Sállohávrre. Nord-Rana (historically: ''Mo herred'') is a former municipality in Nordland county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1839 until its dissolution in 1964. From 1839 until 1844, it was named ''Nord-Ranen'', from 1844 until 1923, it was called ''Mo'', and then from 1923 until 1964 it was named ''Nord-Rana''. The former municipality was located at the innermost part of the Ranfjorden. It encompassed the eastern 90% of what is now Rana Municipality.
