Dejan Stojanović ( sr, Дејан Стојановић, ; born 11 March 1959) is a Serbian poet, writer, essayist, philosopher, businessman, and former journalist. His poetry is characterized by a recognizable system of thought and poetic devices, bordering on philosophy, and, overall, it has a highly reflective tone. According to the critic Petar V. Arbutina, "Stojanović belongs to the small and autochthonous circle of poets who have been the main creative and artistic force of the Serbian poetry in the last several decades." Early life Dejan Stojanović was born on 11 March 1959 in Peć, Autonomous District of Kosovo and Metohija, PR Serbia, FPR Yugoslavia. Ljubomir Stojanović ( sr-cyr, Љубомир Стојановић, sometimes mentioned as ''Ljuba Stojanovic'') (6 August 1860, Užice – 16 June 1930) was a Serbian politician, philologist and academic. Biography Stojanović was a philologist and historian, who graduated from the School of Philosophy at the Grandes écoles ( sr, Велика школа, the ''Grandes Écoles''). After studies in Belgrade he went on to post-graduate studies in Vienna, St. Petersburg and Leipzig. At first a grammar school professor, he was appointed university professor at his ''alma mater'', the Grandes éecoles (1891-1899). Opposed to the royal absolutism of King Aleksandar I Obrenović, Stojanović joined the People's Radical Party of Nikola Pašić in 1897. Danijel Stojanović (born 18 August 1984) is a Croatian professional footballer who plays as a left-back. A part from playing as a left-back as his main position, he can even play in a more advanced left wing-back role. Career Stojanović began his professional football career at the youth team of Croatian 1. HNL club Cibalia, where he played for two years under a youth contract. In 2005, he earned his first professional contract with, at the time, Bosnian Premier League side Posušje. Ivan Stojanović (1829–1900) was a Catholic priest from Dubrovnik who wrote the book ''Dubrovačka Književnost'', published in 1900, arguing that the people of Dubrovnik were Roman Catholic by religion, but by language Serbs. He was involved with the literary journal ''Slovinac''. Biography Ivan "Ivo" Stojanović was born in Dubrovnik on 17 December 1829. He was taught in Dubrovnik and Zadar. Filip Stojanović (; born 19 May 1988) is a Serbian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Budućnost Dobanovci.
