Steve Murray (Brookside)
Steve Murray is a fictional character from the British Channel 4 soap opera '' Brookside'', played by Steven Fletcher. The character debuted on-screen during the episode broadcast on 28 March 2000. Steve remained on-screen until the final episode of the series, which was broadcast 4 November 2003. Fletcher also played the role in the spin-off show ''Brookside: Unfinished Business''. Phil Redmond
Sir Philip Redmond (born 10 June 1949) is an English television producer and screenwriter from Huyton, England. He is known for creating the television series ''Grange Hill'', ''Brookside'' and ''Hollyoaks''. Early life Redmond took the 11-plus and passed, but attended St Kevin's RC School in Northwood, Kirkby (it became All Saints Catholic High School, Kirkby). His mother was a cleaner and his father was a bus driver. He left school with four O-levels and one A-level and trained to become a quantity surveyor. Max Farnham
Max Farnham is a fictional character from the British television soap opera ''Brookside'', played by Steven Pinder. He made his first appearance during the episode broadcast on 2 July 1990. He remained in the show until just before it was cancelled in 2003. Development In 1998, Pinder chose to leave ''Brookside'' after eight years. His decision was intended to be permanent, as he focused on securing new roles. Steven Pinder (born 30 March 1960) is an English actor, known for his roles on the British soap operas ''Crossroads'' (1985–1987) and ''Brookside'' (1990–2003). Early life Pinder was born on 30 March 1960 in Whalley, Lancashire, England. He has a younger sister, Catherine, who is 11 years younger and works in agriculture.
