Steve Antone
Steve Antone (November 17, 1921 – April 19, 2014) was an American farmer and politician. Born in Burley, Idaho, Antone served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II. Antone was a farmer. He served in the Idaho House of Representatives, as a Republican, from 1969 until 1996. He died in Draper, Utah Draper is a city in Salt Lake and Utah counties in the U.S. state of Utah, about south of Salt Lake City along the Wasatch Front. Burley, Idaho
Burley () is a city in Cassia and Minidoka counties in southern Idaho, United States. The population was 10,345 at the 2010 census. The city is the county seat of Cassia County. Burley is the principal city of the Burley, Idaho, Micropolitan Statistical Area, which includes Cassia and Minidoka counties. The Idaho House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Idaho State Legislature. It consists of 70 representatives elected to two-year terms. Draper is a city in Salt Lake and Utah counties in the U.S. state of Utah, about south of Salt Lake City along the Wasatch Front. As of the 2020 census, the population is 51,017, up from 7,143 in 1990. Draper is part of two metropolitan areas; the Salt Lake County portion is in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area, while the Utah County portion is in the Provo-Orem metropolitan area. The Utah State Prison is in Draper, near Point of the Mountain, alongside Interstate 15. Gary Gilmore's execution occurred on 17 January 1977.
