Stephanie Reid
Stephanie Reid (born 22 July 1996) is an Australian basketball player. College Reid played college basketball for the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, playing for the Bulls. She was the MVP of the 2016 MAC women's basketball tournament in which the Buffalo Bulls women's basketball team won their first MAC title and reached the NCAA tournament for the first time in the history of the women's program. Arriving from Australia just a month after graduating from high school in November 2014. Reid was rushed into college basketball by the UB coaching staff. Reid made the starting lineup in mid January 2015 and has remained the point guard for the team. Point Guard
The point guard (PG), also called the one or the point, is one of the five Basketball positions, positions in a regulation basketball game. A point guard has perhaps the most specialized role of any position. Betnijah Laney (born October 29, 1993) is an American professional basketball player for the New York Liberty of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). The 2018–19 WNBL season is the 39th season of the competition since its establishment in 1981. The Townsville Fire were the defending champions, however they failed to qualify for the finals. The 2017–18 Buffalo Bulls women's basketball team represented the University at Buffalo during the 2017–18 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bulls, led by sixth-year head coach Felisha Legette-Jack, played their home games at Alumni Arena as members of the East Division of the Mid-American Conference. They finished the season 29–6, 16–2 in MAC play to win MAC East Division. They advanced to the championship game of the MAC women's tournament where they lost to Central Michigan.
