Stelios Konstantinidis
Stelios Konstantinidis ( el, Στέλιος Κωνσταντινίδης; born on 6 June 1947) is a Greek former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. His nickname was ''"The Wardrobe"'' ''( el, "Ντουλάπας")'', due to his immense, at the standards of the time, physique. Club career Konstantinidis started football in 1963, when at the age of 16, he joined the infrastructure departments of AEK Athens. When the manager of the club, Jenő Csaknády saw him play in 1967, impressed by his physique, he immediately promoted him to the first team, where the career of the legendary goalkeeper, Stelios Serafidis, was approaching to its end. A ferocious goalkeeper who "filled" the area and had proverbial exits, Konstantinidis established himself permanently in the starting eleven in 1968. Panachaiki G.E. (Greek: Παναχαϊκή Γυμναστική Ένωση, ''Panachaiki Gymnastiki Enosi'', "Pan- Achaean Gymnastic Union") is a Greek multi-sport club based in the city of Patras, Greece. The history of Panachaiki began in 1891, when Panachaikos Gymnastikos Syllogos (Pan-Achaean Gymnastic Club) was founded. In 1894, a rival sports club, Gymnastiki Eteria Patron (Gymnastic Company of Patras), was founded in Patras by former Panachaikos' members. It was only in 1923 that the two clubs agreed to merge, forming Panachaiki Gymnastiki Enosi. Throughout a history of over 120 years, Panachaiki's athletes have won several Olympic medals. The 1967–68 Alpha Ethniki was the 32nd season of the highest football league of Greece. The season began on 8 October 1967 and ended on 10 June 1968. AEK Athens won their fourth Greek title and their first one in five years. The season was the first of several seasons in which the Cypriot champion would play in the Alpha Ethniki the following season. Giorgos Sidiropoulos
Giorgos Sidiropoulos ( el, Γιώργος Σιδηρόπουλος; 25 June 1949 – 31 December 2015) was a Greek professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career Sidiropoulos took his first steps of his football career at the team of his hometown, PO Elassona and in 1968 he joined AO Trikala, where he became more widely known playing in the first division. In 1970 he was transferred to Pierikos but a year later he returned to Trikala. On 12 March 1972, he became the first Greek goalkeeper to score with a penalty in the 2–1 home win against Panathinaikos, while he also scored from the spot in the following season, scoring his team's only goal in a 1–2 away defeat from Panionios. He left from the club of Thessaly in the summer 1973, after they were relegated. Afterwards, Sidiropoulos signed for AEK Athens, after the recommendation by their defender, Apostolos Toskas, who was also from Trikala. He established himself quickly in the squad. Lakis Stergioudas
Triantafyllos "Lakis" Stergioudas ( el, Τριαντάφυλλος "Λάκης" Στεργιούδας; born 11 December 1952) is Greek former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Club career Stergioudas started playing football in the academy of the amateur club of his birthplace, Thermaikos Portaria, but he played and made up his first team debut in the historic club of Chalkidiki, Niki Polygyrou. In 1972, at the age of 19, he impressed the people of AEK Athens, which resulted in his transfer to the club of Athens. Stergioudas became a first team regular and in 1977 he was in the squad that reached the semi-finals of the UEFA Cup. In his 12-year spell at AEK Stergioudas won two championships in a row and two cups, including a domestic double in 1978. Néstor Errea
Néstor Errea (27 April 1939 – 3 June 2005) was an Argentine professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. His nickname was ''"El Flaco"'' ''( eng, "The Skinny")'' because of his tall, slender body physique. Club career Errea started football at an amateur level at Sacachispas in the Villa Soldati region of Buenos Aires. His professional career began in 1959 when he joined Atlético Atlanta. He played there until 1962 and then joined Boca Juniors, where he won 3 Championships.
