Stedman Pearson
Stedman Pearson (born 29 June 1964) is an English singer and dancer, most notable for being a member of the pop group Five Star with his four siblings. Career Pearson is the eldest of five siblings, and he studied both dance and fashion at college prior to embarking on a career in music. In 1983, Pearson (then aged 19) joined his teenaged brother and sisters in Five Star, which was created and managed by their father, former musician Buster Pearson. In addition to performing backing vocals, Stedman's interest in dance and fashion would play an integral role in the group and he began designing some of the outfits that would ultimately become the group's trademark matching stage costumes. The glittering costumes coupled with their synchronised dance routines often led to comparisons with The Jackson Five. The All Star Talent Show
''The All Star Talent Show'' is a 2006 UK television programme that was broadcast on Five. It was presented by Andi Peters and Myleene Klass, with Julian Clary making up the judging panel alongside two guest judges. Each show had six celebrities performing, with the winner of each episode going into the final at the end of the series. In addition, the runner up with the most votes at the end of the series also performed again in the final. Backing vocals on the show were directed and sung by Tracy Graham and Tara McDonald. Channel 5 is a British free-to-air public broadcast television channel launched in 1997. ''Five Star'' is the self-titled fifth studio album by the British pop group Five Star, released in 1990. The album, which was their first for Epic Records, was not a commercial success and failed to chart in the UK after the two lead singles, " Treat Me Like a Lady" and " Hot Love", both failed to make the UK Top 40. Unlike their previous albums, this album was written entirely by the band themselves with no outside writers (see track listing for credits). The Japanese edition of the album has an extended mix of the single " Hot Love". A 2-disc Deluxe Edition of the album was released in the UK by Cherry Pop Records in 2013. Doris Pearson (born Doris May Pearson, June 8, 1966) is an English singer and ex member of the pop group, Five Star. Career Doris Pearson, the eldest of the three Pearson sisters, was born in Brent, London. She was the choreographer of the group, teaching the other members of Five Star the dance routines to their hits. She, like the other members, sang backing vocals and wrote songs for Five Star albums.
