Stacey Oristano
Stacey Oristano (born May 6, 1979) is an American stage, screen & television actress. She is best known for her role as Mindy Riggins on the television series '' Friday Night Lights'' and for starring on ABC Family's ''Bunheads'' as Truly Stone. Career As a stage and screen actor, Stacey Oristano graduated from Rose Bruford College in London. After graduation she was seen in the West End production of '' Steel Magnolias'' (as Annelle). She then moved to New York City, where she toured with ''Cabaret'' (as Sally Bowles). Regionally she has performed in ''Urinetown'' (as Hope Cladwell); ''The Spitfire Grill'' (as Percy Talbot); ''The Wild Party'' (as Queenie); and numerous others. ATX Television Festival
ATX Television Festival is an annual event based in Austin, Texas, that celebrates and showcases the past, present, and future of the television industry. Screenings, Q&As, cast reunions, and industry panel discussions take place over four days and are open to members of the public. The organizers describe it as having "the functionality of a traditional film festival", and as a blending of industry and fan events. The first was held in June 2012, founded by Caitlin McFarland and Emily Gipson. Attendance numbers have risen from 700 at the first festival to 2,500 in 2017. ''Disaster!'' is a Jukebox musical, jukebox musical comedy created by Seth Rudetsky, and written by Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick. Earthquakes, tidal waves, piranhas, infernos and the songs of the '70s take center stage in this comedic homage to Disaster film, 1970s disaster films. The show debuted at Triad Theatre, now renamed Stage 72, with choreography by Denis Jones and music supervision by Steve Marzullo on January 22, 2012 and ran through March 25 in its first production. A second production ran from November 2013 through April 2014 at New York's St. Luke's Theatre. The show opened on Broadway at the Nederlander Theatre on March 8, 2016, with previews beginning on February 9, 2016. Ghost Hunt is a reality TV show from New Zealand. It is an investigating series in which a team of three investigators, Carolyn Taylor, Michael Hallows and Brad Hills, visited alleged haunted hotspots around New Zealand. Dubbing (re-recording and mixing) is a post-production process used in filmmaking and video production, often in concert with sound design, in which additional or supplementary recordings are lip-synced and "mixed" with original production sound to create the finished soundtrack. The process usually takes place on a dub stage. After sound editors edit and prepare all the necessary tracks—dialogue, automated dialogue replacement (ADR), effects, Foley, and music—the dubbing mixers proceed to balance all of the elements and record the finished soundtrack. Dubbing is sometimes confused with ADR, also known as "additional dialogue replacement", "automated dialogue recording" and "looping", in which the original actors re-record and synchronize audio segments.
