St. Dunstan's Episcopal High School
St. Dunstan's Episcopal High School was a K-12 on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands. St. Dunstan's was founded as a K-12 in 1959 by a committee of parishioners from St. John's Episcopal Church, among them a church layreader Dr. Richard Marshall Bond and his wife Edith Gereau Bond. Dr. Bond suggested the name chosen for the school. As a result of the closure of the former Hess Oil Refinery in 2012 and resulting layoffs and departures increasing competition with other private and parochial schools, St. Dunstan's folded about 35 years later. The Episcopal Diocese of the Virgin Islands continues to own the St. Dunstan's campus. The diocese is open to reopening the school, depending on demand. In the interim, the property has been converted into a hostel, with priority going to victims and relief workers if a disaster occurs. It is available for weekly group rental otherwise. K-12
K-1 is a professional kickboxing promotion established in 1993, well known worldwide mainly for its heavyweight division fights and Grand Prix tournaments. In January 2012, K-1 Global Holdings Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong, acquired the rights to K-1, and is the current organizer of K-1 events worldwide. Founded in 1993 by karateka Kazuyoshi Ishii, at its height in the late 90s and the 2000s under the ownership of the Fighting and Entertainment Group (FEG), K-1 was the largest and most prestigious "Kickboxing" organization in the world. With thousands of fighters and watched by millions of fans around the world. Tim Duncan
Timothy Theodore Duncan (born April 25, 1976) is an American former professional basketball player. Nicknamed "the Big Fundamental", he is widely regarded as the greatest power forward of all time and one of the greatest players in NBA history. Albert Bryan (politician)
Albert Bryan Jr. (born February 21, 1968) is an American politician who is the ninth governor of the United States Virgin Islands, since 2019. Early life and professional career Bryan was born on the island of St. Thomas, to Albert Sr. and Genevieve (Pilgrim) Bryan, the oldest of five sons. He grew up in the Savan neighborhood of Charlotte Amalie, the territory’s capital. As a teenager, Bryan moved to St. Croix, where he graduated from St. Dunstan's Episcopal High School in 1985. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Wittenberg University in 1989.
