St-Jérôme Panthers
Les Panthères de St-Jérome are a junior ice hockey team from Saint-Jérôme, Quebec, Canada. They are a part of the Quebec Junior Hockey League. History The franchise was founded in 1988 as the Saint-Antoine Rapidos. A season later they were known as the Laval-Laurentides Panthers. In 1992, the team moved to Saint-Jerome. The Panthers won the Fred Page Cup in 2001, earning the right to compete at the 2001 Royal Bank Cup, the Canadian Junior "A" National Championship. Quebec Junior Hockey League
The Ligue de Hockey Junior du Québec (LHJQ) or Quebec Junior Hockey League (QJHL) is a Hockey Québec Canadian Junior A ice hockey league and is a member of Hockey Canada and the Canadian Junior Hockey League. The winner of the QJHL playoffs competes for the Fred Page Cup against the winners of the Central Junior A Hockey League and the Maritime Hockey League and the host team, which is on a three-year cycle between the MHL, CJHL and LHJQ. The winner of the Fred Page Cup then moves on to compete for the Centennial Cup. Terrebonne Cobras
The Terrebonne Cobras are a junior ice hockey team from Terrebonne, Quebec, Canada, part of the Quebec Junior Hockey League. Since relocating to Terrebonne, the Cobras are two time Quebec Junior League Champions winning in 2010 and again last year in 2017. Both championships advance the organization to the Fred Page Cup to determine an eastern Canada champion to compete in the National Championships. St-Léonard Arctic
The Montreal-North Arctic were a Junior "A" ice hockey team from Saint-Leonard, Quebec, Canada and were part of the Quebec Junior Hockey League. History The franchise entered the QJAAAHL in 2002 as the Gladiateur de St. Eustache In the Summer of 2008, the team moved to become the Sainte-Thérèse Nordiques. In the Summer of 2009, the team was moved again to Laval, Quebec. The official name was Rousseau-Sports Junior AAA Laval. In the 2008–09 season Eliezer Sherbatov led the team and was third in the league in scoring. In the playoffs, he helped the team win the championship while leading the playoffs with 15 goals in 18 games. In 2010, the name was changed again to the Laval Arctic. One season later they became the St-Leonard Arctic. After the start of the 2017 season the club re-branded once more, this time becoming the Montreal-North Arctic. Gatineau Flames
The Gatineau Flames are a Canadian junior ice hockey team based in Buckingham, Quebec. The team is a member of the Quebec Junior Hockey League, but was a member of the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League for decades, ending in 2015. History Originally known as the Voisins de Papineau (Papineau Neighbours), the Neighbours lost in the 1999 final and won the 2000 Eastern Ontario Junior "B" title despite being from the Province of Quebec. In 2002, the team became the Buckingham Mustangs. In 2003, the team expanded their name by becoming the Gatineau Mustangs. In 2006, the Mustangs hosted the 2006 Coupe Dodge, the Hockey Quebec Junior "AA" championships.
