Srđan Flajs
Srđan Flajs ( sr-cyr, Срђан Флајс; born 12 July 1975) is a Serbian basketball coach. Coaching career Flajs had started his coaching career with Beovuk 72 where he coached youth system, as well as the senior team. In 2003, he joined the Atlas coaching stuff. During 2006–07 season he was an assistant coach for Vojvodina Srbijagas. Flajs was a head coach for Superfund for two seasons. In his second season he managed to won the Serbian B League championship. Later, he was a part of a coaching stuff for Crvena zvezda, Lietuvos rytas ( Lithuania) and Mega Leks. In June 2017, Flajs joined Budućnost VOLI coaching staff after Serbian coach Aleksandar Džikić become their head coach for the 2017–18 season. In January 2021, he was named an assistant coach of Budućnost under Dejan Milojević. The Radivoj Korać Cup ( sr, Куп Радивоја Кораћа / Kup Radivoja Koraća) is the men's national basketball cup of Serbia. It is run by the Basketball Federation of Serbia and is named after a Serbian basketball legend and FIBA Hall of Fame and Basketball Hall of Fame member Radivoj Korać. Crvena zvezda and Partizan are tied with the most cup titles at 8 each. History In 2003, the Cup got its name on proposal from Hemofarm, due to the abolition of the eponymous European competition and the name change of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia into the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. Montenegrin Basketball Cup
The Montenegrin Basketball Cup is an annual cup competition for Montenegrin basketball teams held since 2007. History Montenegrin clubs in Yugoslav Cup Before the Montenegrin independence in 2006, clubs from Montenegro played in national Cup of Yugoslavia. Most successful was KK Budućnost with three trophies won. First time, Budućnost won the trophy at final-four 1996 in Nikšić, defeating KK Partizan (126–115) in the final. 2020–21 Prva A Liga
The 2020–21 Prva A Liga is the 15th season of the Montenegrin Basketball League, the top tier basketball league on Montenegro. No team from the last season was relegated, while KK Podgorica and KK Pljevlja were promoted. In this season, 8 teams from Montenegro will participate in basketball international competitions which have been the most ever. Competition format Twelve of the fourteen teams that play the league join the regular season and play a two-round robin competition where the six first qualified teams supposed to join the Super Liga with the two 2020–21 ABA League teams ( Budućnost Voli and Mornar). The 2017–18 ABA League First Division was the 17th season of the ABA League with 12 teams from Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Macedonia participating in it. It was the inaugural season as the first tier as a part of two level competition. ABA League
The ABA League, renamed to the ABA League First Division in 2017, is the 1st-tier regional men's professional basketball league that originally featured clubs from the former Yugoslavia (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia). Due to sponsorship reasons, the league was also known as the Goodyear League from 2001 to 2006, the NLB League from 2006 to 2011, and as the AdmiralBet ABA League from 2021.
