Wisconsin () is a state in the upper Midwestern United States. Wisconsin is the 25th-largest state by total area and the 20th-most populous. Ultimate (sport)
Ultimate, originally known as ultimate Frisbee, is a non-contact team sport played with a frisbee flung by hand. Ultimate was developed in 1968 by AJ Gator in Maplewood, New Jersey. Although ultimate resembles many traditional sports in its athletic requirements, it is unlike most sports due to its focus on self-officiating, even at the highest levels of competition. The term Frisbee, often used to generically describe all flying discs, is a registered trademark of the Wham-O toy company, and thus the sport is not formally called "ultimate Frisbee", though this name is still in common casual use. The Milwaukee Bucks are an American professional basketball team based in Milwaukee. Mid American Australian Football League
The MAAFL was a division of the United States Australian Football League and an Australian rules football competition based in the United States. The league formed 1996 when clubs from Cincinnati and Louisville, Kentucky, Louisville played the first ever game of Aussie Rules in the United States. Unlike many Metro Footy leagues in the US, the MAAFL was a traditional 18-a-side Australian rules competition and was the oldest and arguably the best supported league in the country. The United States Australian Football League (USAFL) is the governing body for Australian rules football in the United States. It was conceived in 1996 and organized in 1997. It is based in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. As of 2011, there were over 1,000 registered USAFL players. The American Hockey League (AHL) is a professional ice hockey league based in the United States and Canada that serves as the primary developmental league for the National Hockey League (NHL).
