Jorn (band)
Jorn is a Norwegian hard rock and metal band fronted by vocalist Jørn Lande. Other members include guitarist Tore Moren, bassist Sid Ringsby and drummer Francesco Jovino. The band was established in 2000 by Lande and the debut album ''Starfire (Jorn album), Starfire'' was released the same year. The band was the main artist at ProgPower USA in 2006, and they played at the Norway Rock Festival and the Metal Heart Festival in 2007, as well as the Jorddunst Festival in 2009. They also played at the Norway Rock Festival in 2010. Thin Lizzy
Thin Lizzy are an Irish hard rock band formed in Dublin in 1969. Their music reflects a wide range of influences, including blues, soul music, psychedelic rock and traditional Irish folk music, but is generally classified as hard rock or sometimes heavy metal. Two of the founding members, drummer Brian Downey and bass guitarist, lead vocalist and principal songwriter Phil Lynott, met while still in school. Lynott led the group throughout their recording career of twelve studio albums, writing most of the material. The singles "Whiskey in the Jar" (a traditional Irish ballad), "The Boys Are Back in Town" and "Waiting for an Alibi" were international hits. After Lynott's death in 1986, various incarnations of the band emerged over the years based initially around guitarists Scott Gorham and John Sykes, though Sykes left the band in 2009. Bass Guitar
The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. It is a plucked string instrument similar in appearance and construction to an electric or an acoustic guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and typically four to six strings or courses. Guitars
The guitar is a fretted musical instrument that typically has six strings.
