The Spanish Tax Administration Agency ( es, Agencia Estatal de Administración Tributaria, AEAT), commonly known as Agencia Tributaria, is the revenue service of the Kingdom of Spain. The agency is responsible for the effective application of the national tax and customs systems and for those resources of other Public Administrations and the European Union whose management is entrusted to it by law or agreement. The Council of Ministers ( es, Consejo de Ministros) is the main collective decision-making body of the Government of Spain, and it is exclusively composed of the Prime Minister, the deputy prime ministers and the ministers (22 as of 2020).
