The Spain women's national tennis team represents Spain in Fed Cup tennis competition and are governed by the Real Federación Española de Tenis. They currently compete in World Group II. The team Captain, as of 2018, is former professional player Anabel Medina Garrigues. Anabel Medina Garrigues
Ana Isabel Medina Garrigues (, ; born 31 July 1982) is a Spanish tennis coach and former professional player. As a player she reached a career-high ranking of world No. 16 in 2020, and won 11 singles and 28 doubles titles, including the 2008 French Open, 2008 and 2009 French Open with Virginia Ruano Pascual. Like many of her Spanish compatriots, she was a clay-court specialist who grinds to win most of her rallies. However, unlike most of her fellow Spaniards, she preferred to play on hardcourts. She won the Women's Tennis Association, WTA tournament in Internationaux de Strasbourg, Strasbourg, beating Katarina Srebotnik in the final in May 2008, thus defending the title she won the previous year against Amélie Mauresmo. Aránzazu Isabel María "Arantxa" Sánchez Vicario (; born 18 December 1971) is a Spanish former List of WTA number 1 ranked singles tennis players, world No. 1 tennis player. Rebeka Masarova ( sk, Rebeka Masárová, ; born 6 August 1999) is a Spanish–Swiss tennis player. She has career-high WTA rankings of 121 in singles and 170 in doubles. Nuria Párrizas Díaz is a Spanish professional tennis player. She has been ranked as high as world No. 45 in singles by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), which she first achieved in March 2022, and 320 in doubles, attained in September 2022. Sorribes Tormo has won one singles title and three doubles titles on the WTA Tour, as well as one doubles title on the WTA Challenger Tour. On the ITF Circuit, she has won ten singles and five doubles titles. She won her maiden WTA title at the 2021 Abierto Zapopan in Guadalajara. "Conchita" Martínez Bernat (born 16 April 1972) is a Spanish former professional tennis player. She was the first Spaniard to win the women's singles title at The Championships, Wimbledon, Wimbledon, doing so in 1994 Wimbledon Championships – Women's singles, 1994.
