Sotiris Kaiafas
Sotirios Kaiafas (Greek: Σωτήριος Καϊάφας; born 17 December 1949) is a retired Cypriot footballer who is considered to be the best footballer that Cyprus has ever produced. He played for Omonia and Cyprus. During his career at Omonia, he won the European Golden Boot. Club career Kaiafas played for a local club in Mia Milia, called Proodos. He joined Omonia in 1965, and in 1967 he debuted for Omonia's senior team, joining the youth team at the age of 16. Soon he established himself as one of the most prolific strikers Omonia had ever employed, but it was not until the early 1970s that he served notice of his talent. In the 1971–72 season, Kaiafas became for first time leading scorer in Cyprus with 12 goals, a tally that helped Omonia to their third domestic title. It was the start of a successful partnership. Mia Milia
Haspolat or Mia Milia (Greek: Μια Μηλιά or Μία Μηλιά, literally 'One Apple tree') is an industrialised village and an eastern suburb of North Nicosia. Haspolat is under the ''de facto'' control of Northern Cyprus. The Cyprus International University and the new Nicosia water treatment plant are located within its boundaries. Mia Milia is recorded as early as the early 13th century in papal documents. In 1973, Mia Milia had an all-Greek Cypriot population of 1,381. As of 2011, it had a population of 4,204, comprising Turkish Cypriots and Turkish nationals. Migrant workers have set up a shanty town near the industrial area. Johan Cruyff

1980–81 Cypriot First Division
The 1980–81 Cypriot First Division was the 42nd season of the Cypriot top-level football league. Omonia won their 10th title. Format Fourteen teams participated in the 1980–81 Cypriot First Division. All teams played against each other twice, once at their home and once away. The team with the most points at the end of the season crowned champions. The last two teams were relegated to the 1981–82 Cypriot Second Division. The champions ensured their participation in the 1981–82 European Cup and the runners-up in the 1981–82 UEFA Cup. Changes from previous season APOP Paphos and Evagoras Paphos were relegated from previous season and played in the 1980–81 Cypriot Second Division. Cypriot Second Division
The Cypriot Second Division ( el, Πρωτάθλημα Β΄ Κατηγορίας) is the second highest football division of the Cypriot football league system. Administrated by the Cyprus Football Association, it is contested by 16 teams, with the top two teams being promoted to the Cypriot First Division and the last four teams being relegated to the Cypriot Third Division. History The Cypriot Second Division started unofficially the 1934–35 football season as the second level of the Cypriot football (Cyprus Football Association founded in 1934). Alki Larnaca FC
Alki Larnaca ( el, ΑΛΚΗ Λάρνακας, ''ALKI Larnakas'') was a Cypriot football club based in the town of Larnaca. The club was founded in 1948 and it was dissolved on the 6th of May of 2014 due to financial issues. The club's colours were blue and red. They reached the Cypriot Cup final on five occasions without a win. History 1979 was the best year in club's history. They finished third in the Cypriot Championship and played the final in the Cypriot Cup, losing to APOEL Nicosia, which were also the champions. That gave them the right to play in the UEFA Cup, where they were eliminated in the first round by Dinamo Bucharest.
