Soro (woreda)
Soro is one of the woredas in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region of Ethiopia. Part of the Hadiya Zone, Soro consists large population of Hadiya and Danta dubamo people, bordered on the south by the Kembata Tembaro Zone, on the southwest by the Dawro Zone, on the west by the Omo River which separates it from the Oromia Region, on the north by Gomibora, on the northeast by Limo, and on the southeast by Duna. The administrative center of this woreda is Gimbichu; other towns in Soro include Jajura. Parts of Soro were separated to create Duna and Gomibora woredas. Overview Soro has 19 kilometers of all-weather roads and 48 kilometers of dry-weather roads, for an average road density of 54 kilometers per 1000 square kilometers. Soro is a city and a municipality in Balasore district in the Indian state of Odisha. It is about 181 km from the capital of the state Bhubaneswar and 35 km from the district headquarters Balasore. Located on NH-16, the city is located midway between Balasore and Bhadrak cities. Ganjuwa is a Local Government Area of Bauchi State, Nigeria. It was curved out from the Darazo Local Government in September, 1991 and it's bordered with Jigawa State from the North and Gombe State from the South East.
