Sophie Von Kessel
Sophie von Kessel (born October 12, 1968 in Mexico City) is a German actress, best known for her roles in '' Schloß Hohenstein'' (1992–1995), ''The Dragon Ring ''Desideria e l'Anello del Drago'' (also known as ''Desideria and The Dragon Ring'') is an Italian fantasy mini-series directed by Lamberto Bava and starring Anna Falchi. The story is similar in style and direction as Lamberto Bava's more successf ...'' (1994), '' Alles außer Mord'' (1994), and '' Der letzte Zeuge'' (2003). Von Kessel and actor Stefan Hunstein have a daughter and a son. They separated in 2011 after a ten-year relationship. She was in a relationship with Austrian director Martin Kušej until 2021. One of her cousins is the church musician Silvius von Kessel. Her younger sister Julie von Kessel was one of the first television reporters to report live on the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 for ZDF and is also an author. The Dragon Ring
''Desideria e l'Anello del Drago'' (also known as ''Desideria and The Dragon Ring'') is an Italian fantasy mini-series directed by Lamberto Bava and starring Anna Falchi. The story is similar in style and direction as Lamberto Bava's more successful '' Fantaghirò'' series. Plot The Dragon King and Queen, rulers of a powerful kingdom, have two daughters. Desideria, the eldest daughter and Selvaggia, a sorceress they adopted. Although she is constantly playing tricks to get her elder sister in trouble, she is frequently praised as being the smarter and better daughter. As the eldest birth daughter of the Dragon King, Desideria is due to inherit the Dragon Ring, the highest symbol of power in the kingdom, but she can only do so once she has chosen a husband. ''Alles außer Mord (Everything but Murder)'' was a German crime television series which aired on the TV station ProSieben between 1993 and 1995. 14 episodes were produced. The series features various criminal cases led by private investigator Uli Fichte (Dieter Landuris), who tells his clients that he will take any case, except murder. The series was created by Michael Baier. The unstable PI Fichte lives in an old industrial building in the port of Hamburg and drives an old Mercedes-Benz. His social entourage is made up of psychologist Dr. Frieder Tamm, his wife Melanie, his two sons, and the journalist Horst Weinstein. In spite of his personal motto, Fichte always ends up dealing with murder cases, even though at the beginning of each episode, these cases appear innocent and straightforward.
