Songs From Instant Star 4
The television show ''Instant Star'' has produced a series of soundtracks featuring songs from the show, mostly performed by Alexz Johnson, released between 2005 and 2009. The first two albums contain only songs sung by Johnson, but starting from ''Songs from Instant Star 3'', only four songs per album featured her vocals. It was originally planned for all the albums to be entirely performed by Johnson, but legal issues prevented her from doing this for the 3 and 4 soundtracks, as she had signed with Capitol Records and Epic Records. Instant Star
''Instant Star'' is a Canadian musical comedy-drama television series which aired from 15 September 2004 to 26 June 2008. The series starred Alexz Johnson as teenage singing competition winner Jude Harrison. The show chronicles Harrison's experience in the recording industry whilst focusing on character development. Linda Schuyler and Stephen Stohn of Epitome Pictures produced the show. The show began to air on CTV in Canada before being picked up by the American network Noggin for its teen-oriented block, The N. The show became the second most popular series on The N with '' Degrassi: The Next Generation'', another show also produced by Schuyler and Stohn, ranking as most popular. Four seasons of the show (each with 13 episodes) were produced. CTV and The N both pulled funding following the fourth season, and the executives chose to end the show. Adamo Angelo Ruggiero (born June 9, 1986) is a Canadian actor best known for his role as Marco Del Rossi in '' Degrassi: The Next Generation''. Career Ruggiero has been acting since the age of seven or eight. He has starred in many plays including ''Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer'' and ''Bye Bye Birdie''. "Helpless When She Smiles" is the second single from American vocal group Backstreet Boys' sixth (fifth in the US) studio album, ''Unbreakable'', which was released on October 30, 2007. The single, produced by John Shanks, was released on December 26, 2007. This song was leaked on the Internet back in May 2007 along with "Happily Never After" which never made the album.
