Sonamoo
Sonamoo (; stylized as SONAMOO, lit. Pine Tree) was a South Korean girl group formed by TS Entertainment. Originally a seven-member group, members Sumin and Nahyun left the group in 2019 after they filed a lawsuit to terminate the contracts with their company. They made their debut on December 29, 2014, with the extended play, ''Deja Vu''. Career 2014–2015: Debut and further mini-album releases On December 29, 2014, Sonamoo officially debuted with the release of their debut EP ''Deja Vu'' and single of the same name, and held their debut showcase performance. The album debuted at the number one spot on Gaon's weekly Album Chart. On February 25, 2015, they promoted "Just Go" as the second single off of their debut album. On July 20, 2015, Sonamoo released their second extended play ''Cushion''. TS Entertainment (also known as TS ENTER (티에스이엔티이알)) was a South Korean record label and entertainment agency founded in 2008 by Kim Tae‑song (김태송). It was located at Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, South Korea. The company was responsible for managing idol groups such as Untouchable, Secret, B.A.P., Sonamoo, and TRCNG. History TS Entertainment was founded by Kim Tae-song in October 2008. The company signed Untouchable as their first artist and released their debut single "It's Okay" in the same month. The Soribada Best K-Music Awards (previously abbreviated as SOKA and currently abbreviated as SOBA) is an awards ceremony presented by the digital music platform Soribada to celebrate the best and brightest of K-pop releases. SBS M is a South Korean pay television music channel owned by SBS Medianet, a division of SBS Media Holdings. It features South Korean pop artists, international music, news, and a few reality and variety programs. It was launched in 2001 as the South Korean version of the US MTV. The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. It is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Founded in 2010. History Gaon Chart was launched in February 2010 by the Korea Music Content Association, under the sponsorship of the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the aim to create a domestic national chart similar to the ''Billboard'' charts of the United States and the Oricon charts of Japan. The Circle Digital Chart, previously known as the Gaon Digital Chart, is the music industry standard record chart ranking the 200 most popular singles in South Korea. It provides rankings on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, which is based on an aggregate of streaming, downloads and background music from major South Korean music platforms. It is a part of the Circle Chart, previously known as the Gaon Chart.
