Something Theater
''Something Theater'' is an American television show created by Bobby Ciraldo, David Robbins, and Andrew Swant. The half-hour program has aired in Southeastern Wisconsin on The CW affiliate WVTV since February 2009. It is broadcast from Milwaukee, Wisconsin on a bi-monthly basis, usually on a Friday night. Episodes of ''Something Theater'' typically have nothing to do with one another, so viewers never know what to expect. Each episode is usually split into short comedic segments that feature animation, music videos, viral videos, short films, or experimental films. In December 2009 an episode aired which featured outtakes from the 2014 feature film '' Hamlet A.D.D.''. In May 2010 David Robbins produced an episode entitled "The County Line" which was later shown at The Suburban gallery, curated by Michelle Grabner, and at the ''No Soul For Sale'' art fair at the Tate Modern in London. Color

Marc Horowitz (born July 19, 1976, Columbus, Ohio) is an American artist who works in a large variety of media including painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, performance and video. Biography Marc Horowitz is a Los Angeles-based artist working in painting, performance, video, photography, sculpture, and social practice. He combines traditional drawing and painting styles, commercial photography, and new media to explore entertainment, class, commerce, failure, success, and personal meaning. At age seventeen, he attended Indiana University Bloomington, receiving his degree in Business Marketing and Microeconomics. Oriental Landmark Theatre
Oriental Theatre is a theater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin operated by Milwaukee Film. The theater was built and opened in 1927 as a movie palace with East Indian decor. It is said to be the only movie palace to incorporate East Indian artwork. Designed by Gustave A. Dick and Alex Bauer, the theater has two minaret towers, three stained glass chandeliers, several hand-drawn murals, six bigger-than-life Buddhas, dozens of original draperies, eight porcelain lions, and hundreds of elephants. South By Southwest
South by Southwest, abbreviated as SXSW and colloquially referred to as South By, is an annual conglomeration of parallel film, interactive media, and music festivals and Convention (meeting), conferences organized jointly that take place in mid-March in Austin, Texas, United States. It began in 1987 and has continued to grow in both scope and size every year. In 2017, the conference lasted for 10 days with the interactive track lasting for five days, music for seven days, and film for nine days. There was no in-person event in 2020 and 2021 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic in Austin, Texas; both years, there was a smaller online event instead. Found Footage Festival
The Found Footage Festival is an American film festival and live comedy event and featuring unusual and humorous found footage clips and films. History Founded in 2004, the Festival originated in Wisconsin and Minnesota by Joe Pickett, Nick Prueher and Geoff Haas, childhood friends from Wisconsin. While still in high school, Pickett and Prueher began collecting videos from garage sales, training videos from odd jobs, and copies of tapes from a video production house. The friends would then play selections from this collection for entertainment at parties, a practice which continued through their college years at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. In 2004, Pickett and Prueher quit their day jobs to focus on production of their first feature documentary, '' Dirty Country''. Michelle Grabner
Michelle Grabner (born 1962 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin) is an artist, curator, and critic based in Wisconsin. She is the Crown Family Professor of Art at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she has taught since 1996. She has curated several important exhibitions, including the 2014 Whitney Biennial at the Whitney Museum of American Art along with Anthony Elms and Stuart Comer, anFRONT International the 2016 Portland Biennial at thOregon Contemporary a triennial exhibition in Cleveland, Ohio in 2018. In 2014, Grabner was named one of the 100 most powerful women in art and in 2019, she was named a 2019 National Academy of Design's Academician, a lifetime honor.
