Sobha Realty (Arabic: شوبا العقارية) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai. It opened on 30 April 2010 as Dubai Marina and part of the extension to Ibn Battuta. Location Sobha Realty station is located near Interchange 5 of Sheikh Zayed Road, around southwest of Downtown Dubai. It lies to the east of the northern half of the Dubai Marina and to the west of the northern portion of Jumeirah Lake Towers. Nearby development Originally named Dubai Marina, the station was named after the development of the same name, one of the largest projects in Dubai. The Red Line is one of the two lines on the Dubai Metro network in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Red Line runs from Rashidiya in the east to Jebel Ali in the west and travels parallel to Sheikh Zayed Road for most of its length. There are two transfer stations with the Green Line at Union and BurJuman stations. Additionally Jabal Ali is an interchange between the main Red Line and a branch to UAE Exchange. The Dubai Metro is a rapid transit rail network in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is currently operated by the French company Keolis. The Red Line and Green Line are operational, with a major 15 km (9.3 mi) extension to the Red Line known as Route 2020 to the Expo 2020 site announced in April 2015 and opened in 2021. Ibn Battuta (Dubai Metro)
Ibn Battuta ( ar, ابن بطوطة) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving Jebel Ali and surrounding areas. The station is named after the nearby Ibn Battuta Mall. The station opened as part of the Red Line on 30 April 2010. Ibn Battuta station is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road between major junctions with the D59 and D591 roads. Nearby are the Ibn Battuta Mall, the Jebel Ali Recreation Club, and the IBN Battuta Bus Station immediately adjacent to the station. Surrounding neighbourhoods include The Gardens and Jabal Ali 2.
