Skovlunde

Skovlunde has approximately 12.000 inhabitants and is on the Copenhagen S-train network. Ballerup Municipality has approximately 50.000 inhabitants. Overview The town was founded in the Middle Ages and first appears in written material (a letter) dating back to 11 November 1249. Skovlunde consist of two parts, the older ''Gammel Skovlunde'' where you can find housing dating back from the seventeenth century and up to the eighteenth century. The other part of Skovlunde is the product of people relocating from Copenhagen in the 1960s and a lot of newly built residential areas. Jesper Christjansen
Jesper Christjansen (; born 29 December 1987) is a retired Danish professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career Early career Christjansen first played for a local club, Skovlunde IF, and before joining the Brøndby IF youth academy. There, he went through the different age groups before reaching the U-21 team, where he was eventually made team captain. As one of the U-21 profiles, Christjansen trained with the first team on occasion and appeared on the first-team bench several times under coach Tom Køhlert in 2007. On 24 January 2009, in search of more playing time, Christjansen signed with Lolland Falster Alliancen in the bottom of the Danish second tier. LFA finished 14th out of 16 that season, effectuating direct relegation to the Danish third tier. Slavko Labović
Slavko Labović (born 17 November 1962, Kolašin, PR Montenegro, FPR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian-Danish actor most popular for the role as a Serbian gangster in the '' Pusher trilogy''. Labović was born to Serbian Orthodox parents in Kolašin; he and his mother left their village, to join his father in Denmark. He came to Ballerup, Denmark as a four-year-old, together with his siblings. He made his film debut in 1996, as a gangster in '' Pusher'', which boosted his career in Danish cinema. Family Slavko has three children; he still lives in Skovlunde, where he grew up, near his family, to whom he is very close. In his spare time he is Chairman of the Parish council for the Serbian Orthodox Church in Denmark and Chairman of the Serbian Association of Denmark. Ballerup is a Danish town, seat of the Ballerup Municipality, in the Region Hovedstaden. There are approximately 25 schools in Ballerup Municipality. Ballerup has its own educational institution specialized in the study, training and research of music. It is twinned with East Kilbride in Scotland. Lyngby BK
Lyngby Boldklub () is a Danish professional football club founded in 1921. It is based at Lyngby Stadion in Kongens Lyngby, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, a northern suburb of Copenhagen. From 1994 to 2001 the club was known as Lyngby FC. The club has won the Danish championship twice (1983 and 1992) and the Danish Cup three times (1984, 1985 and 1990). History The club was first founded on 8 April 1906 but it was disbanded again in 1915 due to problems with where they were allowed to play. The Copenhagen metropolitan area or Metropolitan Copenhagen ( da, Hovedstadsområdet, , literally "The Capital Area") is a large commuter belt (the area in which it is practical to commute to work) surrounding Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. It includes Copenhagen Municipality, Frederiksberg and surrounding municipalities stretching westward across Zealand. It has a densely-populated core surrounded by suburban settlements. The metropolitan area has several current definitions and also some historical, now defunct, definitions. The most widely accepted is the area which is strategically managed by the Finger Plan.
