Siva Shakthi Datta
Koduri Siva Shakthi Datta (born Koduri Subba Rao; 8 October 1932), is an Indian lyricist, screenwriter, and painter who works in Telugu cinema. He is known for writing Sanskrit-based song lyrics in Telugu films. He is the elder brother of screenwriter V. Vijayendra Prasad, father of music director M. M. Keeravani and the uncle of director S. S. Rajamouli. Early life Siva Shakthi Datta was born as Koduri Subbarao on 8 October 1932. His family hails from Kovvur near Rajahmundry in Andhra Pradesh. His father was Koduri Vijaya Apparao. Apparao was a landlord, a contractor and also ran a transport company in Kovvur with 12 buses. Apparao was fond of arts. His second son was Subbarao, who later changed his name to Baburao. Kovvur
Kovvur is a town in East Godavari district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a municipality and the mandal headquarters of Kovvur mandal in Kovvur revenue division. Etymology This Town was earlier referred as ''Govur''. According to Brahma Puranam, Kovvur(Govuru) is considered as the place of Gautama Maharishi's Ashramam. He did farming in the surrounding regions to maintain his Ashramam. Gautama Maharishi once he accidentally kills a cow, grazing in his paddy field, by throwing a darbha (sharp, pointed grass). Gautama becomes upset with this incident and offers a great tapas for Lord Shiva in Brahmagiri mountains. ''RRR'' is the soundtrack album, composed by M. M. Keeravani, to the 2022 Indian Telugu-language epic action drama film of the same name, directed by S. S. Rajamouli, starring N. T. Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, and Olivia Morris while Samuthirakani, Shriya Saran, Ray Stevenson, and Alison Doody play supporting roles. The film featured seven tracks with lyrics written by Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry, Chandrabose, Suddala Ashok Teja, Ramajogayya Sastry, K. Shiva Dutta and Keeravani himself.
