Sipho Sibiya
Sipho Sibiya Riopel (born July 28, 1971), also known as Siphos Sibya, is a retired South African-Canadian soccer player who is an assistant coach with the Vancouver Whitecaps women's team. Player Youth In 1991, Sibiya, at the time known as Sipho Riopel, played a single season for Seattle Pacific University. Professional In 1994, Sibiya began his professional career with the Vancouver 86ers of the American Professional Soccer League. He played four seasons in Vancouver. In 1998, he played a single season with the Montreal Impact of the USISL A-League. In December 1998, he tore his achilles tendon playing indoor soccer. The injury kept him from playing outdoors in 1999. In 1996, Sibiya began playing winter indoor soccer with the expansion Edmonton Drillers of the National Professional Soccer League. The 2006 FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup was the second edition of the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup, governed by FIFA. Overall, this was the 12th edition of a world cup in beach soccer since the establishment of the ''Beach Soccer World Championships'' which ran from 1995–2004 but was not governed by FIFA. Canadian Major Indoor Soccer League
The Canadian Major Indoor Soccer League or CMISL was a professional indoor soccer league that began full league play in January 2008. The league's president was Mel Kowalchuk. As the league has become affiliated with the Professional Arena Soccer League in the United States, the Edmonton Drillers and Saskatoon Accelerators played four soccer games and the Calgary United FC played eight games against the PASL teams in 2009. Edmonton and Saskatoon played two home games and two road games and Calgary played four home games and four road games against PASL teams. In the CMISL portion of the schedule each team will play eight games. Joel John Bailey (born February 17, 1980) is a forward who last played for the Carolina RailHawks of the USL First Division. He played three seasons in Major Indoor Soccer League. Club career Indoor Bailey began his indoor soccer career in 2003 with the now defunct Cleveland Force of Major Indoor Soccer League. Gary DePalma is a retired American soccer midfielder who played professionally in the USL A-League, National Professional Soccer League and second Major Indoor Soccer League. Youth DePalma graduated from Upper St. Clair High School. He attended Virginia Wesleyan College where he was a 1995 NCAA Division III First Team and 1997 Third Team All American soccer player. Joe Reiniger (born December 7, 1970 in Collinsville, Illinois) is a professional soccer player and coach. He grew up in Caseyville. Reiniger has played forward for the St. Louis Ambush, Milwaukee Wave, and the St. Louis Steamers. He went to college at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and graduated in 1993. He was selected in the first round of the NPSL amateur draft by the Ambush in 1993, and was named to the 1993-94 NPSL All-Rookie Team.
