Sing! China (season 2)
The second season of the Chinese reality talent show ''Sing! China'' premiered on 14 July 2017 on Zhejiang Television. Jay Chou and Na Ying returned as coaches. Eason Chan and Liu Huan replaced Wang Feng and Harlem Yu as coaches. The show is hosted by Hu Qiaohua, who had previously hosted the finals in the last season and replaced Li Yong, who left after just one season. On 8 October, Tashi Phuntsok 扎西平措 of Team Liu Huan was announced as the winner of the season, making him the oldest winner of the series. Doris Guo 郭沁 of Team Na Ying was the runner-up. Joanna Dong 董姿彦 of Team Jay finished in third place, while Team Eason's Ye Xiaoyue 叶晓粤 and Xiao Kaiye 肖凯晔 finished in fourth and fifth place respectively. Jay Chou ( zh, t=周杰倫, s=周杰伦, poj=Chiu Kia̍t-lûn, p=Zhōu Jiélún, first=t, w=Chou Chieh-lun; born January 18, 1979) is a Taiwanese singer, songwriter, record producer, rapper, actor, and television personality. Xilinnayi Gao (; Uyghur: شىرىن اي گائو ''Shirinay Gaw''; born July 31, 1998), professionally known by her stage name Curley G or Curley Gao, is a Chinese singer-songwriter. She first gained attention in 2017 on the Chinese singing competition show ''Sing! China''. In 2020, she participated in the survival show ''Produce Camp 2020'', finishing first and debuting as the center of the girl group BonBon Girls 303. She was elected as the leader of BonBon Girls 303. On July 2022, she released her first EP to mark the beginning of her solo career. Early life Curley Gao was born on July 31, 1998, in Beijing, China. She is the only daughter of a Han Chinese father from Beijing and a Uighur mother from Xinjiang; her surname Gao is a common Han Chinese surname, while her parents decided to give her an Uighur first name, ''Shirinay'', which is transcribed in Pinyin as "Xilinnayi". Lhasa (prefecture-level City)
Lhasa is a prefecture-level city, one of the main administrative divisions of the Tibet Autonomous Region of China. It covers an area of of rugged and sparsely populated terrain. Its capital and largest city is Lhasa, with around 300,000 residents, which mostly corresponds with the administrative Chengguan District, while its suburbs extend into Doilungdêqên District and Dagzê District. The consolidated prefecture-level city contains additional five, mostly rural, counties. The city boundaries roughly correspond to the basin of the Lhasa River, a major tributary of the Yarlung Tsangpo River.
