Simon Khan
Simon Khan (born 16 June 1972) is an English professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. Khan turned professional in 1991 but spent many years struggling to establish his tournament career. His first full season on the European Tour was 2002 and his first European Tour win came at the 2004 Celtic Manor Wales Open. In 2006 he finished second at the prestigious BMW Championship to earn €472,220, which was his biggest prize cheque up to that time. His best year-end ranking on the European Order of Merit has been 25th in 2006 and 2010. He has featured in the top 100 of the Official World Golf Rankings. After losing his tour card in 2009, Khan was a medalist at the Qualifying School tournament. Chingford
Chingford is a town in east London, England, within the London Borough of Waltham Forest. The town is approximately north-east of Charing Cross, with Waltham Abbey to the north, Woodford Green and Buckhurst Hill to the east, Walthamstow to the south, and Edmonton and Enfield to the west. Paul Alexander Casey (born 21 July 1977) is an English golfer who is a member of LIV Golf. He has also played on the US-based PGA Tour and the European Tour. In 2009, he achieved his highest position, third, in the Official World Golf Ranking. Early and personal life Casey was born in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, but moved with his family to Weybridge, Surrey at the age of six. The WGC Championship was a professional golf tournament that was held between 1999 and 2021. It was one of the three or four annual World Golf Championships until the number of WGC events was reduced to two following the 2021 season. WGC-Match Play
The WGC Match Play, currently titled as the WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play for sponsorship reasons, is a professional men's golf tournament that has been held since 1999. It is the only one of the World Golf Championships to have been contested using the match play format. Since 2016, it has been held at the Austin Country Club in Austin, Texas, United States. Previous names include WGC-Dell Match Play (2015), WGC-Cadillac Match Play (2014), WGC-Accenture Match Play Championship (2001–2013), and WGC-Andersen Consulting Match Play Championship (1999–2000). Masters Tournament
The Masters Tournament (usually referred to as simply The Masters, or the U.S. Masters outside North America) is one of the four major championships in professional golf. The PGA Championship (often referred to as the US PGA Championship or USPGA outside the United States) is an annual golf tournament conducted by the Professional Golfers' Association of America. The Open Championship, often referred to as The Open or the British Open, is the oldest golf tournament in the world, and one of the most prestigious. Fredrik Henge
Fredrik Henge (born 30 December 1974) is a Swedish professional golfer. Henge was born in Lund and turned professional in 1997. He has earned his place on the top level European Tour several times, the first via qualifying school at the end of 1997 and twice by his position on the Challenge Tour Rankings but has failed to win enough money on each occasion to retain his card. Henge has had most of his success on the second tier Challenge Tour, where he has won five tournaments, two in both 1997 and 2000, when he finished seventh on the end of season rankings, and one in 2004. His best finish on the European Tour was tied 7th at the 2006 Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles, Perthshire, Scotland. 2000 Challenge Tour
The 2000 Challenge Tour was the 12th season of the Challenge Tour, the official development tour to the European Tour. The tour started as the Satellite Tour with its first Order of Merit rankings in 1989 and was officially renamed as the Challenge Tour at the start of the 1990 season. The 2013 BMW PGA Championship was the 59th edition of the BMW PGA Championship, an annual golf tournament on the European Tour, contested 23–26 May at Wentworth Club in Surrey, England. The 2013 European Tour was the fifth edition of the Race to Dubai and the 42nd season of golf tournaments since the European Tour officially began in 1972. Sweden's Henrik Stenson won the Race to Dubai and was named Golfer of the Year. Peter Uihlein of the United States was the Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year.
