Sidaction
Sidaction is a major French public event that started in 1994 in France for raising awareness and collecting charitable funds for AIDS. It donates important sums to various AIDS charities, HIV/AIDS research, institutions specializing in medical care and social aid for those suffering of HIV/AIDS in France and internationally. In 2007, for example, Sidaction allocated donations to 111 programs in 29 countries. ''Sidaction'' was presided by Pierre Bergé and its vice-president is Line Renaud. After Bergé's death in September 2017, Françoise Barré-Sinoussi was assigned as new president. Fundraising Sidaction has launched various initiatives in order to raise funds for its projects. It also has an on-line shop selling items including clothing which contains advertising, drawing attention to the charity. "Kiss & Love" is a 2014 charity song and a single with lyrics by Lionel Florence and music by Pascal Obispo. Around 120 artists from France and other French-speaking countries took part in the song and the music videos. All revenues from the sale of the record go into Sidaction, a major French public event that started in 1994 in France for raising awareness and collecting charitable funds for AIDS. Tal Benyezri (born 12 December 1989), also mononymously known as TAL, is an Israeli-French singer. She was signed to Warner Music France from 2011 to 2018. In 2021, she changed her artist name to TALOULA and became an independent artist. Biography Tal Benyezri was born in Hadera, Israel. Her family immigrated to Paris (France) before her first birthday. Line Renaud (born 2 July 1928) is a French singer, actress and AIDS activist. Early life Line Renaud was born Jacqueline Ente in Pont-de-Nieppe on 2 July 1928. Her mother Simone was a shorthand typist; her father was a truck driver during the week, but he played the trumpet on weekends, in a local brass band. Line showed the first signs of her talent in primary school, when at the age of seven she won an amateur competition. During the Second World War, Jacqueline's father was mobilised, spending five years away from the family. During this time, Jacqueline was brought up by her mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. "Je te rends ton amour" (English: "I'm Giving You Your Love Back") is a 1999 song recorded by the French artist Mylène Farmer. The second single from her fifth studio album ''Innamoramento'', it was released on 8 June 1999.
