Shocker (comics)
The Shocker (Herman Schultz) is a supervillain appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by Stan Lee and John Romita Sr, the character debuted in ''The Amazing Spider-Man'' #46 in March 1967. He is usually depicted as an enemy of the superhero Spider-Man, and belongs to the collective of adversaries that make up his rogues gallery. In the comics, Herman Schultz was originally a self-taught engineer and renowned safe cracker who invented a pair of gauntlets capable of producing powerful vibrational shock waves. He incorporated these gauntlets into a protective battlesuit and became a mercenary for hire. As the Shocker, Schultz quickly rose in New York City's criminal underworld and has been employed by various crime lords, which has often put him into conflict with Spider-Man. One notable trait that differentiates the Shocker from most other Spider-Man villains is his pursuit of wealth and a comfortable life rather than revenge or chaos. As a resul ...

The Shocker is a hand gesture with a sexual connotation. The index, middle, and little fingers are extended, while the ring finger is curled or bent down. The index and middle fingers are held together. The thumb may be tucked against the palm or – in a variation on the gesture – extended. The gesture refers to the sex act of inserting the index and middle fingers into a partner's vagina and the little finger into their anus The anus (Latin, 'ring' or 'circle') is an opening at the opposite end of an animal's digestive tract from the mouth. Its function is to control the expulsion of feces, the residual semi-solid waste that remains after food digestion, which, d ..., the latter of which is presumed to "shock" them. The Shocker (band)
The Shocker is an American punk rock band, featuring L7 bassist Jennifer Finch as key songwriter performing vocals. The band also includes lead and rhythm guitarists, drums, and bass. History Finch formed the band in Los Angeles in 2002 and stated that the first members were temporary, which led to a revolving line-up. The band takes its name from the hand gesture the shocker, a sexual innuendo. In July 2003, The Shocker released their debut EP, ''Up Your Ass Tray,'' which contained seven songs. Finch was the primary songwriter, vocalist and guitarist for the group. Finch said that they wanted to show more of their "darker side"; some of the songs were considered more pop than rock. ''News-Times'' music reviewer Laurel Tuohy described The Shocker as “gritty, raw and infectious”. The group toured Europe in 2003 and performed on the Vans Warped Tour music festival in 2003 and 2005. In 2006, the group released a full-length album entitled ''Up Your Ass Tray: The Full ...

Shock Site
A shock site is a website that is intended to be offensive or disturbing to its viewers, though it can also contain elements of humor or evoke (in some viewers) sexual arousal. Shock-oriented websites generally contain material such as pornographic, scatological, racist, sexist, graphically violent, insulting, vulgar, profane, or otherwise some other provocative nature. Websites that are primarily fixated on real death and graphic violence are particularly referred to as a gore site. Some shock sites display a single picture, animation, video clip or small gallery, and are circulated via email or disguised in posts to discussion sites as a prank. Steven Jones distinguishes these sites from those that collect galleries where users search for shocking content, such as Rotten.com. Gallery sites can contain beheadings, execution, electrocution, suicide, murder, stoning, torching, police brutality, hangings, terrorism, cartel violence, drowning, vehicular accidents, war victims, ...
