"Shed a Light" is a song by German DJ and record producer Robin Schulz and French DJ and music producer David Guetta, featuring American electronic music DJ trio Cheat Codes. The song was released as a digital download in Germany on 25 November 2016 as the lead single from Schulz's third studio album '' Uncovered'' (2017). It was written by Schulz, Guetta, Jason Evigan, Jacob Kasher, Giorgio Tuinfort, Stefan Dabruck, John Ryan, Guido Kramer, Dennis Bierbrodt, Ammar Malik, and Jürgen Dohr. Robin Alexander Schulz (; born 28 April 1987) is a German musician, DJ and record producer. On 4 February 2014, he released the first single from his debut album, a remix of "Waves" by Dutch hip hop artist Mr. Probz. This remix later received a nomination for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards. His follow-up single, released 6 June 2014, was a remix of the Lilly Wood and the Prick track "Prayer in C" from their 2010 album ''Invincible Friends''. SloTop50 is the official Slovenian singles chart provider established by SAZAS (The association of composers and authors for protection of copyright of Slovenia) in 2013. Roman Böer (born 9 June 1974), better known as DJ Tocadisco, formerly Tocadisco (; Spanish for "turntable"), is a German DJ and record producer.
