Shaun Johnson (born 9 September 1990) is a New Zealand professional rugby league footballer who plays as a or for the New Zealand Warriors in the National Rugby League (NRL) and the New Zealand Kiwis at international level. He has played previously for the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks in the NRL and has played at representative level for the NRL All Stars in 2013. In 2014 Johnson won the Golden Boot Award for the world's best player. Background Johnson was born in Auckland, New Zealand, and his mother is Laotian and his father is a New Zealander. Brett Seymour (born 27 September 1984) is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who last played for the Dewsbury Rams. His usual position was in the halves. The Junior Kiwis side represents New Zealand in the sport of rugby league. They are commonly known as the Junior Kiwis, after the native bird of that name. Auckland Vulcans
The Auckland Vulcans were an Auckland based rugby league club that participated in the New South Wales Cup. They were administered by the Rugby League Development Foundation. The team was selected from the Auckland Rugby League's Fox Memorial Competition and also used New Zealand Warriors squad members not selected for NRL duty. In 2007 the team was known as the Auckland Lions. In 2011 the Vulcans made their first appearance in a grand final, eventually going down to the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs.
