Shanti (Aiko Kitahara Album)
''Shanti'' is the fourth and the last studio album by Japanese singer and songwriter Aiko Kitahara. It was released on September 26, 2007, through Giza Studio. Title "Shanti" means in Sanskrit language "Peace". The album consists of three previous released singles, such as Mou Kokoro Yuretarishinaide (), Sekaijuu Doko wo Sagashitemo () and Samba Night. Two tracks out of twelve were composed by Aiko herself. First press release included special photobook ''Photo MessageIII''. A special website was launched to promote album. The album charted at #87 on the Oricon charts in its first week. It charted for two weeks. Before retirement she released best of album "Aiko Kitahara Best" in 2009. Aiko Kitahara
is a former Japanese pop singer and songwriter under the Giza Studio label. Biography Aiko's interest in music was inspired by her mother's love for bossa nova and Latin pop, which have had a big influence on her songs. 2002-2003: Piece of Love On 17 May 2002, she released debut single "Grand Blue". In the media it was used as an opening theme for Anime television series ''Tenshi na Konamaiki''. On 17 July, the Giza Studio has released cover album ''Giza studio MAI-K & Friends Hotrod Beach Party'' where she participated in cover song "Little Honda" and "Surfin' U.S.A." by The Beach Boys. Giza Studio
is a Japanese record label. The Giza Studio started as an indie label in the late 1990s under the name Garage Indies Zapping Association, but soon Being Inc. bought it as their sister label company. Giza Studio is located in Osaka, Japan and has been producing successful artists such as Mai Kuraki, Garnet Crow, Rina Aiuchi, etc. since their commercial service on September 1, 1998. Along with other Being Group's sister labels (Zain Records, Rooms Records, B-Gram Records, BMFC, Vermillion Records and Northern Music), the studio's main task is to create music productivity by hiring talented artists, composers and engineers. Daiko Nagato
is a Japanese musical producer, musical arranger, writer and composer. He's more known as a founder of music company Being Inc., which provided million seller hits during the 1990s and with his music company provided more than 80 theme songs for anime television series Detective Conan. Sanskrit
Sanskrit (; attributively , ; nominally , , ) is a classical language belonging to the Indo-Aryan branch of the Indo-European languages. is a Japanese musical arranger and guitarist under Being Inc. records. Biography In 1978, he debuted with his own blues band under Trio Records. In 1990s he entered to Being recording agency. Takeshi becomes the main arranger of Japanese singer-songwriter Maki Ohguro. Along with Masao Akashi they were the most busy arrangers during 90s. Garnet Crow
Garnet Crow (stylized as GARNET CROW) was a Japanese pop/rock band formed in 1999 and associated with the Giza Studio record label. Members include Yuri Nakamura, Hitoshi Okamoto, Nana Azuki, and Hirohito Furui, with Nakamura leading on vocals. Music produced by Garnet Crow has its roots in the neo acoustic genre, and representative works include "Flying", "Yume Mita Ato De", and "Spiral". Despite prolific early singles, the band neither performed live nor appeared on TV prior to 2002. The mixed composition of Garnet Crow and Nakamura's deep vocals set the group apart from its contemporaries. Masazumi Ozawa
is a Japanese composer, arranger and guitarist from agency Being Inc. In 1991, he debuted as a composer for Japanese rock band Wands debut single's b-side track ''Stray Cat''. In years 1995-2001, he was member of power-pop unit Pamelah as a composer, arranger, keyboardist, music sequencer and guitarist.
