Severo Antonelli
Severo Antonelli (ca. July 17, 1907 – December 9, 1995) was an Italian-American photographer often associated with the Futurism, Futurist movement. Early years Born in Fara Filiorum Petri, Chieti, Italy, in 1907, Antonelli arrived in Philadelphia with his family when he was fourteen. His father, a cabinet maker working for the Victor company, died when he was seventeen. Antonelli left school to support the family. In the evenings he attended classes at the Philadelphia Sketch Club, Graphic Sketch Club in Philadelphia. In 1925 he opened his own studio in Philadelphia. He received international acclaim during the late 1920s and early 1930s. Antonelli's photographs received top awards at major shows in Paris, London, Barcelona, Rotterdam, Brussels, Rome, and Tokyo. Marieta Severo
Marieta Severo da Costa (born 2 November 1946) is a Brazilian stage, film and television actress. She is best known to youth audiences as the archetypal mother figure in popular sitcom ''A Grande Família'' (2001–2014), as well to mature audiences for portraying villains in telenovelas like ''Vereda Tropical'', ''Pátria Minha'', ''Laços de Família'', among others. Early life Severo was born on November 2, 1946 in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro to Luís Antonio Severo da Costa (a Brazilian army officer) and Lígia Paixão. She studied in Tablado Theater in 1965, and later that year, premiered on her first play ''Feitiço de Salém''. Career Severo starred in her first ''telenovela'' in 1966. It was the Rede Globo production of ''O Sheik de Agadir'' (''The Sheik of Agadir'') in which she played the supporting character of Madelon.
