Seventeen (South Korean Band)
Seventeen (; stylized in all caps or as SVT) is a South Korean boy band formed by Pledis Entertainment. The group consists of thirteen members: S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, DK, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. The group debuted on May 26, 2015, with the extended play (EP) ''17 Carat'', which became the longest-charting K-pop album of the year in the US and the only rookie album to appear on ''Billboard'''s "10 Best K-Pop Albums of 2015" list. Seventeen has released four studio albums, twelve EPs and three reissues. Seventeen is considered a "self-producing" idol group, with the members actively involved in songwriting and choreographing, among other aspects of their music and performances. A boy band is loosely defined as a vocal group consisting of young male singers, usually in their teenage years or in their twenties at the time of formation. Oh Hye-rin (born May 7, 1989), better known by her stage name Raina, is a South Korean singer. She is best known as a former member of the South Korean girl group After School and member of the sub-unit Orange Caramel. Raina debuted with the group in November 2009 following the release of the group's third single, " Because of You". She debuted as a solo singer in September 2014 with the single "You End, And Me". Career Predebut Raina tried to audition with JYP Entertainment to become a rapper before joining Pledis Entertainment. Before debut, Raina was a barista at the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Park Soo-ah (born Park Soo-young on July 31, 1992), previously known by the stage name Lizzy, is a South Korean singer and actress. She debuted as a new member of girl group After School (and later, its sub-unit Orange Caramel) in March 2010. Apart from her group's activities, she has also starred in various television dramas, including '' All My Love'' (2011) and ''Angry Mom'' (2015). She debuted as a solo artist with the digital single "Not an Easy Girl" in January 2015. In May 2018, she graduated from After School following the expiration of her contract, but remains a member of Orange Caramel.
