Sevenstone
Heart of the City II is a mixed-use development under construction in Sheffield city centre, England between the Devonshire Quarter and The Moor Gateway. The project was previously given the marketing name Sevenstone, prior to Hammerson, the developer, being dropped from the project in July 2013 with Sheffield City Council seeking new developers. The first phase, consisting of restaurants, shops and offices opened in 2020. The second phase is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by 2023. Overview Located to the west of Pinstone Street, between Barkers Pool and Moorhead, Heart of the City II covers a site in the heart of Sheffield and involves a major re-design of this part of the city. Sheffield City Centre (referred to locally as simply Town) is a district of the Sheffield, City of Sheffield and is covered partly by the City ward, Sheffield, City ward of the City of Sheffield. Devonshire Quarter
The Devonshire Quarter is an area in the centre of Sheffield, England. Its heart is the Division Street and Devonshire Street shopping areas, known for their small independent shops and variety of pubs and bars. The district also has ''The Forum'' shopping centre and Devonshire Green, one of the largest open areas in central Sheffield. To the west, the quarter is bounded by Sheffield's inner ring road and includes a small social housing estate. Glossop Road and West Street are to the north, Carver Street to the east, and Moore Street and Charter Row to the south-east. The Moor Quarter
The Moor Quarter is one of Sheffield's twelve designated quarters, built around and named for The Moor, a pedestrianised thoroughfare. It is bound by Furnival Gate in the north-east, Eyre Street in the south-east, St Mary's Gate to the south, and Moore Street and Charter Row to the north-west. It is primarily a retail location, with the city's main market now located in the quarter. There are also some offices at Charter Row and Moorfoot. It benefits from a good location, centrally between the Devonshire Quarter, Cultural Industries Quarter, Heart of the City and London Road and Ecclesall Road shops. Saïd Business School (Oxford Saïd or SBS) is the business school of the University of Oxford. The School is a provider of management education and is consistently ranked as one of the world's top business schools. Oxford School of Management Studies was rebranded as Saïd Business School in 1996 after a donation from Wafic Saïd. New premises were built on Park End Street and opened in 2001.
