Seth Thibodeaux
Seth Thibodeaux (born 1980) is an American baseball coach and former catcher. He currently is assistant coach for the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns. He played college baseball at LSU Eunice from 1999 to 2000 before transferring to William Carey, where he played for coach Bobby Halford from 2001 to 2002. He then served as the head coach of the Nicholls Colonels (2011–2021). Coaching career On August 1, 2007, Thibodeaux was named an assistant coach at Nicholls State. On August 18, 2010, Thibodeaux was promoted to head coach for the 2011 season. On June 3, 2021, Thibodeaux resigned as the head coach of Nicholls. Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Baseball
The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns baseball team is the college baseball team of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The Ragin' Cajuns baseball team competes in NCAA Division I in the Sun Belt Conference. They play their home games on campus at M. L. Tigue Moore Field at Russo Park and were coached by head coach Tony Robichaux, until his death on July 3, 2019. 2021 Nicholls Colonels Baseball Team
The 2021 Nicholls Colonels baseball team represented Nicholls State University during the 2021 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Colonels played their home games at Ben Meyer Diamond at Ray E. Didier Field and were led by eleventh–year head coach Seth Thibodeaux. They were members of the Southland Conference. The 2021 NCAA Division I baseball season play of college baseball in the United States organized by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) at the Division I level, began on February 19, 2021. The season progressed through the regular season, many conference tournaments and championship series, and concluded with the 2021 NCAA Division I baseball tournament and 2021 College World Series.
