Sergio Amaury Ponce
Sergio Amaury Ponce Villegas (born 13 August 1981) is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Career He started his career on August 11 for Deportivo Toluca F.C. in 2001 playing against Monterrey, the game had ended in a draw. He played with Toluca from 2001 through 2008 raising 3 championships. The last time Toluca were crowned champions was in the game against Cruz Azul where Sergio scored a goal in the first length of the championship. Sergio was part of the Mexican 2004 Olympic football team, who exited in the first round, having finished third in group A, below group winners Mali and South Korea. C.D. Chivas De Guadalajara Ponce signed with Club Deportivo Guadalajara on December 19, 2008 in exchange for Sergio Santana and Antonio Olvera, for a one-year loan. The SM-65F Atlas, or Atlas-F, was the final operational variant of the Atlas missile, only differing from the Atlas E in the launch facility and guidance package used. The 2004 CONCACAF Men's Pre-Olympic Tournament was the eleventh edition of the CONCACAF Pre-Olympic Tournament, the quadrennial, international, age-restricted football tournament organised by CONCACAF to determine which men's under-23 national teams from the North, Central America and Caribbean region qualify for the Olympic football tournament. It was held in Mexico, from 2 and 12 February 2004. Host nation, Mexico, won the title after a 1–0 win over Costa Rica in the final. The CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship was a quadrennial, international, age-restricted football tournament organized by CONCACAF to determine which men's under-23 national teams from the North, Central America and Caribbean region qualify for the Olympic football tournament. The competition format had varied since its inception, from 1996 to the final edition in 2020 it had been hosted in a single country. On 16 September 2021, CONCACAF announced that the representatives at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games will qualify through the 2022 CONCACAF U-20 Championship.
