Sergey Mokshantsev
Sergey Mokshantsev (born 22 January 1978) is a Russian racing driver from Moscow. After karting, he began his auto racing career in the Formula RUS series in 2006. He continued in the series in 2007 as well as making his debut in the Italian Formula Three Championship. He moved to the Italian Formula Master series in 2008 and competed in 2 races in the International Formula Master Series as well in addition to completing the Russian Formula Three Championship and placing 6th. In 2009 he signed to compete for Brian Stewart Racing in the Firestone Indy Lights Series, becoming the first Russian driver to compete in an IRL-sanctioned series. After skipping the Freedom 100, he left the series after the Toronto race with a best finish of 13th in eight starts. Bender (, Moldovan Cyrillic: Бендер) or Bendery (russian: Бендеры, , uk, Бендери), also known as Tighina ( ro, Tighina), is a city within the internationally recognized borders of Moldova under ''de facto'' control of the unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic (Transnistria) (PMR) since 1992. Kentucky Speedway is a tri-oval speedway in Sparta, Kentucky, which has hosted ARCA, NASCAR and Indy Racing League racing annually since it opened in 2000. Watkins Glen International, nicknamed "The Glen", is an automobile race track located in the town of Dix just southwest of the village of Watkins Glen, New York, at the southern tip of Seneca Lake. Iowa Speedway is a 7/8-mile (1.4 km) paved oval motor racing track in Newton, Iowa, United States, approximately east of Des Moines. Milwaukee Mile
The Milwaukee Mile is a oval race track in the central United States, located on the grounds of the Wisconsin State Fair Park in West Allis, Wisconsin, a suburb west of Milwaukee. Its grandstand and bleachers seats approximately 37,000 spectators. Paved in 1954, it was originally a dirt track. In addition to the oval, there is a road circuit located on the infield. The Freedom 100 was an automobile race held annually at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Speedway, Indiana, as part of the Indy Lights Presented by Cooper Tires. The event was a support race for the IndyCar Series Indianapolis 500, and since 2005, it was held on the Friday preceding the Indianapolis 500, the day known as " Carb Day".
