Sergey Sergeyevich Lapochkin (russian: Сергей Сергеевич Лапочкин; born 28 April 1981) is a Russian former professional football referee. He has been a FIFA referee since 2013. His father, also named Sergey Lapochkin also was a referee. On 9 June 2021, it was announced that he is banned from any football activity for 10 years by UEFA. The Russian First League (russian: Первая лига, Pervaya liga), formerly called Russian First Division (russian: Первый дивизион) and Russian Football National League (FNL) (russian: Первенство Футбольной Национальной Лиги, Pervenstvo Futbol'noy Natsional'noy Ligi) is the second level of the Russian football league system. FK Ventspils
FK Ventspils is a Latvian football club, based at Ventspils Olimpiskais Stadions in Ventspils city and is one of the most popular football clubs in the country.
