Sergey Hernández
Sergey Hernandez (born 17 June 1995) is a Russian-born Spanish handball player for SC Magdeburg and the Spanish national team. He won a bronze medal with Spain at the 2021 World Men's Handball Championship and silver at the 2022 European Men's Handball Championship. At club-level, he was a key player when SL Benfica won the 2021–22 EHF European League, defeating SC Magdeburg in the final. He was later named MVP in the FINAL4. He joined Magdeburg in 2023. At the 2024 European Men's Handball Championship The 2024 EHF European Men's Handball Championship will be the 16th edition of the tournament and the third to feature 24 national teams. Pyotr Alexeyevich Kropotkin (; russian: link=no, Пётр Алексе́евич Кропо́ткин ; 9 December 1842 – 8 February 1921) was a Russian anarchist, socialist, revolutionary, historian, scientist, philosopher, and activist who advocated anarcho-communism. Born into an aristocratic land-owning family, Kropotkin attended a military school and later served as an officer in Siberia, where he participated in several geological expeditions. He was imprisoned for his activism in 1874 and managed to escape two years later. He spent the next 41 years in exile in Switzerland, France (where he was imprisoned for almost four years) and England. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team. 2021 World Men's Handball Championship
The 2021 IHF World Men's Handball Championship was the 27th event hosted by the International Handball Federation and held in Egypt from 13 to 31 January 2021. Starting with this edition, the World Championship was expanded from 24 teams to 32. The 2022 EHF European Men's Handball Championship was the 15th edition of the tournament and the second to feature 24 national teams. The 2021–22 EHF European League is the 2nd edition of the EHF European League, which is the second most important European handball club competition organised by the European Handball Federation (EHF).
