Aisa Senda
is a Japanese singer, actress, and television presenter. She made her debut in 2000 in Taiwan as part of the girls group Sunday Girls, and has concentrated her activities in Taiwan since then. She is capable of speaking both Japanese and Mandarin, and had appeared in a number of commercials, programs, and television dramas. She is also the vocalist of the Mandarin pop band Da Mouth, which was formed in November 2007. Kakou Senda
was a Japanese writer who is known for writing one of the first books on comfort women in Japan. Born in Dalian, Kwantung Leased Territory (then part of the Empire of Japan) he wrote in 1973. History As a reporter for Mainichi Shinbun (a major newspaper in Japan), Kakou Senda first encountered photographs of comfort women in 1962 while working on ''Nihon no Senreki'', a book that chronicled photographs from World War II. The photograph had been among a collection of 25,000 censored wartime photographs. The explanations connected with the pictures did not explain who these women were. When Senda pursued further investigation, he learned of the ''jūgun-ianfu'' for the first time, leading him to investigate the comfort system as a whole. Senda faced difficulties in finding people willing to share information regarding the comfort women until he met Aso Tetsuo, a former army doctor. Sadaaki Senda
was the governor of Hiroshima Prefecture from 1880 to 1889. His most ambitious project was the construction of Ujina port (later to become Hiroshima Port), which was completed in November 1889. He was governor of Niigata Prefecture (1889–1891), Wakayama Prefecture (1891–1892), Aichi Prefecture (1892), Kyoto Prefecture (1892–1893) and Miyazaki Prefecture is a prefecture of Japan located on the island of Kyūshū. Yoshihiro Senda
is a Japanese castle archeologist. He is a professor at Nara University and was president of the university from April 2014 to August 2016. His work focuses on the excavation and maintenance of castles from medieval and modern Japan, as well as comparative studies of castles around the world including those in Europe and Mongolia. He received the Hamada Seiryō Prize in 2015. He worked as a historical consultant for the taiga drama ''Sanada Maru'' in 2016. He has made several appearances on television.
